This is a senior leadership role responsible for compliance, service delivery, team performance, and profitability, ensuring an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants alike.You will work closely with the Directors to implement best practice, improve operational efficiency, and support the long-term growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team ManagementLead, manage, and mentor the Property Management teamSet clear performance targets and KPIsRecruit, train, and develop staffConduct regular appraisals and performance reviewsFoster a high-performing, compliant, customer-focused cultureOperations and ComplianceEnsure full compliance with all relevant legislation, including:Landlord and Tenant ActGas Safety, EPC and EICR regulationsDeposit protection legislationRight to Rent requirementsCoordinate tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and periodic tenanciesImplement and maintain robust SOPs and audit processesAct as escalation point for complex tenancy and compliance mattersClient ManagementBuild strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractorsHandle high-level complaints and dispute resolutionAdvise landlords on legislation, rent levels, and portfolio performanceSupport business retention and landlord satisfactionFinancial ManagementM
