This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a part time position with flexibility. One working day must be a Friday, while the second weekday can be agreed to suit you. You''ll also work one Saturday each month. You''ll manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move in, providing an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants. This role is purely focused on lettings and you will collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure a seamless services for both tenants and landlords. What you''ll be doing Registering and qualifying applicants. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Matching applicants to suitable properties. Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
