We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Flatbed Die-Cutter / Print Finishing Operative to join our clients busy printing and packaging production team. In this hands-on role, you will be operating large-format flatbed die-cutting machinery, loading and unloading cardboard and carton board sheets, and ensuring high-quality output throughout production runs. Key Responsibilities Operate large-format flatbed die-cutters safely and efficiently Load, unload, and handle cardboard and carton board sheets Set guides and feeds, monitor cut quality, and clear jams as needed Escalate machinery faults promptly to minimise downtime Maintain consistent output while adhering to health and safety standards Skills and Experience Experience operating industrial cutting or finishing machinery Background in cardboard, carton board, packaging, or print finishing Familiarity with die-cutters, flatbed cutters, CNC knife cutters, or print finishing machines Comfortable standing and handling sheets throughout production Reliable, safety-conscious, and quick to learn new equipment Transferable experience is welcome, including: Die-cutting machines of any brand Flatbed digital cutters Carton or box-making machinery Folder-gluers, platen presses, rotary cutters Print finishing or packaging production equipment
