This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced Solicitor, supporting them throughout the residential conveyancing process.The RoleThe successful candidate provide vital support including:Drafting SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions, and Transfer DeedsHandling basic enquiries and producing case management lettersManaging AML on-boarding proceduresOpening and closing filesLiaising with agents and clients, providing updates by phoneUndertaking a full range of secretarial and paralegal duties to assist the department About YouTo be considered, you must have:6 months experience within Residential ConveyancingStrong knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentationStrong organisational ability, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy departmentAbility to work independently and as part of a wider teamStrong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top high street law firm that offers excellent career prospects.
