TeamJobs are working with an excellent local company based in Poole who are looking for Production Operatives to join their busy Production team.

Shift times & working hours available:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• 9am - 5.30pm

Pay rate:

• -13.00 per hour
• Temp to perm

A typical day in the role of a Production Operative includes:

• Set up and operate a wide variety of machinery
• Quality check throughout production process
• Use of computers
• Maintaining machinery and troubleshooting
• Finishing of products

This Production Operative role requires:

• Previous production experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good reliability and timekeeping
• Ability to work well as part of a team
