The successful Maintenance Team Leader will ideally have experience within an automated electrical/mechanical FMCG site-based or manufacturing environment. Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs Compliance with Health and Safety legislation always To accurately record all work undertaken Involvement in continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels! Fully interact with the client in day-to-day activities Fully interact with Shift Managers to ensure consistency across shifts. Qualifications: Maintenance Team Leader HNC/ONC/HND or Electrical Qualified. IOSH Knowledge Experienced in Continuous Improvement techniques A working understanding of mechanical, electrical and electronic technical manuals and drawings Basic understanding of distributed control systems.
