We are looking to recruit a permanent, full time, experienced and motivated Head of Private Client to lead our well established Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Solicitor to take over the reins of an already established department and develop their career. This role will require someone with experience in trusts and complex matters, coupled with leading a team providing our clients with legal support for their Wills , LPAs , Court of Protection and estate administration matters.This role will be predominantly based out of our Coventry Office, although travel will be required to our other sites.The successful candidate will:Conduct private client matters on behalf of clients.Lead, support, and develop a team of experienced private client professionalsEnsure high quality client service and compliance with all regulatory requirementsMaintain and grow strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional servicePlay a key role in the strategic development of the departmentParticipate in marketing activities.Demonstrate good financial management with particular regard to cash flow control of monies and billing procedures.As Head of Private Client you will have excellent knowledge in Private Client matters with a minimum of 5 years PQE, and ideally STEP membership.
