This role provides independent, confidential support and advocacy to partners, ex-partners and family members of individuals engaged in behaviour change programmes across Gloucestershire, including the C-DAIR conditional caution pathway. You will ensure that victim-survivor safety, voice and safeguarding remain central throughout, while maintaining clear independence from the work undertaken with the person using abusive behaviour. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and confident practitioner with experience of supporting victim-survivors of domestic abuse. You will proactively make safe and appropriate contact, assess risk and need, complete and review DASH risk assessments, develop personalised safety and support plans, and provide flexible one-to-one support face to face, online and by telephone.
