We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client, a well-established food manufacturing business specialising in bakery production. This is a night shift role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This will be a temporary to permanent position. This position will start on Sunday 2 November 2025, to complete online training and induction, Then the shifts will be Monday to Wednesday 9pm -6am Duties will include: Reading and following recipes and written instructions Working in a fast paced production environment Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately Working as part of a team to meet production targets Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and workplace cleanliness Manual handling, including heavy lifting of ingredients and equipment Candidate requirements: Basic English and Maths skills (essential for reading instructions and weighing ingredients) Comfortable with physical work and manual handling Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is desirable but not essential Shifts: Monday to Wednesday 9pm-6am Benefits: On-site Parking The right candidate can achieve a permanent contract anytime after initial 12 weeks Multitask Recruitment Solutions is committed to equal opportunities for everyone, basing decisions solely on suitability for the job.
