Office / Events Administrator
Your new company An award-winning company based in the Cwmbran area.Your new role Working as an Office / Events Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative work, diary bookings / bookings management, meeting clients, inbound and outbound calls, updating information on Excel spreadsheets, helping and assisting during events and functions, and managing a busy inbox. Hours of work for the role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with occasional weekend work to support with events when required. What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience of a customer-based administration role, or events administration or planning is highly desirable. You''ll be customer-centric and have the ability to deal with people at all levels. You''ll have a can-do attitude and be proactive in your approach to your work. You''ll be comfortable working in a small team and independently when required. What you''ll get in return This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The hourly rate is 13.00 - 13.50. This is a long-term temporary role based in the Cwmbran area.
