The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fresh fruit and vegetables to customers across the southwest region, ensuring timely deliveries and full compliance with road safety and transport legislation."Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fresh produce to customers. Normally between 5-10 deliveries per shiftComply with the Highway Code and all legal regulations regarding driving hours and vehicle maintenanceConduct pre-trip vehicle checks and report any defectsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and temperature control to ensure food safety standardsLoad and unload goods (manual handling up to 25kg)Accurately check and verify customer orders during loading and deliveryAlways represent the company professionally and courteouslyFollow all site-specific safety, health, and hygiene policies and proceduresComplete all required delivery and vehicle documentationWear the company-provided uniform and adhere to appearance standardsPerson Specification and Essential Qualifications:Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driving License (up to 18T)Current Driver CP
