Location: Northamptonshire (Hybrid)
Salary: -39,750 - -43,250 + Excellent Benefits

We''re working with a market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Planning Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring production plans, material availability and inventory levels are aligned to meet customer demand.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand.

• Managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying supply risks.
• Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing teams.
• Analysing planning and inventory data to support business decisions.
• Driving process improvements, reducing waste and improving planning efficiency.
• Producing planning reports and KPI information.

About You

We''re keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:

• Production Planning
• Supply Planning
• Materials Planning
• Manufacturing Planning
• MRP / ERP systems
• Inventory management
• FMCG or Manufacturing environments

You''ll also have:

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong analytical ability with good Excel skills.
• The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.
