Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Manage the full sales process, including finance and value-added products where appropriate. Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system. Respond promptly to telephone, online and showroom enquiries.
