Internal Account Manager (office based) - High end stylish KBB products The Role of Internal Account Manager Office hours 8.30 - 5.00pm Monday - Friday As Internal Account Manager, you will promote our clients'' range of high-end stylish KBB interior products. Concentrating solely on developing relationships with independent plumbing and heating merchants. Developing relationships with Branch Manager''s and Area Sales Manager''s that work for Merchant partners. Engaging with multiple ongoing projects, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities. Growing your territory through Account Management and Business Development. Make outbound calls in a professional manner. Liaise effectively with customers, processing orders, dealing with stock issues to ensure our customer gets their orders, answering aftersales issues and staying in regular contact via outbound calling and email. Process sales orders received on the day of receipt and ready for delivery. Record and deal with stock discrepancies. Provide customers and potential customers with quality and accurate information. Research and understand how product is a made and functions to enable a comprehensive understanding of customer questions. Create and record information in CRM. Cover for colleagues as and when required. Use computer systems such as Salesforce, Exchequer, Excel, Outlook and Word. The Company hiring an Internal Account Manager Our client
