Salary: andpound;105 - andpound;125 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities and needs
• Lead small group interventions and assist with 1:1 learning plans
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement engaging, accessible activities
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using therapeutic strategies
• Foster student independence, confidence, and resilience

Qualifications andamp; Skills

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience (willingness to train welcome!)
• Good literacy and numeracy skills (minimum Level 2 English andamp; Maths)
• Experience working in an SEN setting is an advantage
• Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
• A sense of humour and genuine commitment to student wellbeing
