SEND Tutor / Lecturer Permanent South Yorkshire Full Time Salary: • Qualified: £35,400 £43,700 per annum • Unqualified: £27,900 £29,000 per annum Holiday and Benefits: 30 days holiday + Bank Holidays, with up to an additional 5 days for long service. About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate SEND specialist to join a supportive and inclusive further education college in South Yorkshire. You will deliver high quality teaching, learning and support to learners with complex needs, ensuring excellent progress and person centred outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess engaging programmes for learners with SEND, including Autism, SLD and PMLD. • Develop personalised support plans, adapting resources and teaching strategies for individual needs. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, parents/carers and external agencies to support learner development. • Maintain accurate records, contribute to reviews and ensure safeguarding best practice at all times. • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires confidence and independence.
