Quality Manager

The Quality Manager forms a key part of the Site Leadership Team and supports the wider European Quality department. The role will lead continuous improvement processes and be responsible for maintaining the highest possible quality standards across the Bradford based site.Client DetailsOur client is a large, multi-national organisation that specialises in consumer products. Established over 100years ago, this well-established organisation is recognised for its commitment to quality and innovation and is a key player in its field with over 300 sites worldwide.DescriptionReporting directly in to the Plant Manager, the Quality Manager will: Lead and manage the site Quality team to ensure consistent high quality of productsDevelop and implement quality control systems throughout the manufacturing processAct as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters both internally and externallyConduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with industry quality standards and regulationsWork closely with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams to implement best practicesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the businessProvide training and support to staff on quality control proceduresProfileThe successful Quality Manager will possess a range of the following: Proven experience in a Quality Management role within FMCG industryStrong knowledge of quality control systems and regulatory standardsSignificant audit experienceExcellen
