Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) - City, London - 8 months+ - Outside / 725 p/d We require and experienced SWP SME to assist a Strategic Workforce Planning team with embedding a new approach into a global Financial Services organisation. This Strategic Workforce Planning contractor role will require you to:Core focus: Lead the design, development and implementation of in-house Strategic Workforce Planning tool working closely with the HR and technology teams.Additional focus: Support developing a repeatable, scalable Strategic Workforce Planning blueprint / framework with standardized methodologies and templates based on existing projects.
