Production OperativeJob RoleWe are working with a growing business in Peterborough that are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for handling raw materials, assembling parts and operating power tools to ensure the efficient manufacture of their products. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities: Assemble components and parts according to blueprints and specificationsOperate machinery, power tools and manual handling equipmentPerform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standardsTroubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery as neededFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: Previous experience in production or manufacturing preferredProficiency in using hand tools and power toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skills Hours of Work and Pay Salary: £13.00 per hourMonday to Friday dayshift
