About the Role As the European Sales and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth across our European market. You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, developing strong relationships, and generating qualified leads that convert into new business for our freight forwarding services. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned European territory, aligned with company objectives. Identify and qualify potential new clients within the European market through various lead generation methods. Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their specific needs and challenges. Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our freight forwarding solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients to secure new business. Build and maintain strong relations
