Administrator / document controller
Elect Resourcing are seeking a site Administrator for busy construction site in Burnham on Sea. Site Administrator will be working along side the site manager ensuring site documents/inductions are in place. The role is to provide administrative project support to the Construction team on day to day operations Organise statutory HSE training programs to ensure the company meets all statutory requirements. Organise any on-site training that may be requested by site management. Site Administrator duties will include Organise and maintain electronic and physical document files in accordance with company policies. Ensure all documents are accurately labelled, stored, and easily retrievable. Manage incoming correspondence and distribute documents to relevant departments promptly. Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Support administrative activities including filing, scanning, photocopying, and record keeping. Maintain version control of documents and ensure compliance with document management standards. Liaise with team members to facilitate smooth communication regarding document updates or revisions. Monitor document workflows to ensure deadlines are met and records are up-to-date. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Site administrator role is for approx. 5 months, site hours are 7.30 -4.30 Monday - Friday, may include some weekends.
