Property Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent estate agency as a Property Manager in North Somerset.

You''ll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure tenancies run smoothly and properties are well maintained and fully compliant.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering a high level of service.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently.
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent-related matters and the end-of-tenancy process, including deposits.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and delivering a consistently high level of service.
• Work closely with the wider team

About You

We''re looking for an organised and proactive individual who is confident managing a busy workload, dealing with landlords and tenants and resolving issues effectively.

You''ll have:

• Previous experience within property management, lettings or similar would be advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to solve problems and use your own initiative.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance would be advantageous.
• ARLA qualification would be beneficial but isn''t essential.
