The Children and Families Hub acts as the single point of access for early help and safeguarding referrals, ensuring children and families receive timely, proportionate and appropriate support. You will play a key role in screening referrals, assessing risk, applying safeguarding thresholds and determining the most appropriate interventions to protect children and promote positive outcomes. Working within a multi-agency environment, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across social care, police, health, education, Youth Justice and domestic abuse services to share information, assess concerns and inform effective decision-making.
