The traditional pub interior was redesigned to still offer warmth and keep the original character and features for an exqisite dining environment. The recent re-design of the courtyard has a new menu and outside bar. The RoleOur client are currently looking for the right candidate at etheir Restaurant Manager or General Manager levelAn ideal candidate will be someone with a building career, hugely passionate in regards to great service and will work with the Owner to see opportunities and continue to push the restaurant from strength to strength in regards to local reputation. The client would also like any candidate to have a strength in wines - ideally to WSET level 2.
