Science Teacher - Immediate StartWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Maidstone, Kent from 20th April 2026 through to the end of the academic year.This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) and would suit a committed professional who is confident delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Specialists in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics are all welcome to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high-quality Science lessons in line with the national curriculumTeach engaging and differentiated lessons to support learners of all abilitiesMark and assess student work in accordance with school policiesTrack and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support achievementContribute to a positive and inclusive learning environmentUphold safeguarding and behaviour management standardsRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essentialProven UK experience teaching Science at secondary levelStrong subject knowledge in at least one Science specialismAvailability to work full-time (5 days per week)Commitment to planning, preparation, and markingWhat We''re Looking ForA passionate educator with excellent classroom management skillsA reflective practitioner who adapts teaching to meet student needsA reliable and professional team playerSomeone committed to raising attainment and supporting student progressIf you are a qualified Science Teacher available from April and looking for a rewarding opportunity
