This is a varied and hands-on role supporting across residential conveyancing, commercial matters and private client work. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the legal team with the smooth progression of cases from instruction through to completion. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a structured, compliance-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support across residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, Help to Buy, mortgages, equity release and auctionsAssist with commercial property work including leases, sales and purchase agreementsSupport private client work including wills and lasting powers of attorneyTranscribe digital dictation and prepare legal documents, correspondence and reportsPrepare and issue fee estimates to clientsOpen new files, complete client onboarding documentation and carry out AML checksOrder searches and manage transaction documentationPrepare invoices, completion statements and financial documentationLiaise with clients, estate agents and financial advisors, providing regular updates on transactionsPrepare files for exchange and completion, including
