Student Experience Officer (Term time only). Salary - £23,136 per annum Actual £26,101- per annum FTE Plus 20.3% Employer pension Contribution. Based at Cannington College, the Student Experience Officer will lead the development and delivery of student-led clubs and societies, working closely with the Students Union to ensure all learners across UCS College Group have equitable access to enriching opportunities that promote personal growth, leadership, and community engagement. The college Residential provision provides accommodation for students aged 16+ studying across any of our College Group. The College s primary student accommodation is based at the Cannington campus and consists of 211 beds. The role includes coordinating college Student Experience opportunities and EDI initiatives, supervising the Students Union space to promote a safe and inclusive environment, and providing tailored wellbeing mentoring to support individual student needs. This role will also co-ordinate and monitor the wellbeing of the College s residential learners with a specific focus on the under 18 provision. A key element of the role will be to provide support to all students in residential accommodation and work with students to mentor, self-assess, agree targets and review progress.
