This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and delivering competitive group travel solutions across Scotland and Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsProactively generate and convert new business opportunitiesPrepare tailored, competitive quotations for group travel programmesIdentify key opportunities and maximise conversion ratesCollaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintain accurate records and manage offers within internal systemsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricingRequirementsMinimum 3 years'' experience with a UK and Ireland inbound tour operator (groups focus)Proven experience in preparing quotes and handling group travelStrong knowledge of the UK as a destination and current market pricingFluency in English plus one European language (Italian, Spanish,
