The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion across multiple sectors. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting business development initiatives. Day-to-day duties for the Senior Project Manager will include programme management, risk mitigation, procurement advice, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record delivering leisure, commercial or residential projects within a consultancy environment. The Senior Project Manager should be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and liaising with senior stakeholders.

Required experience:

• Experience working as a Senior Project Manager or similar role within consultancy
• Strong background across leisure, commercial, or residential sectors
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle

The successful Senior Project Manager will receive:
