Transformation Project Manager Location: EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH s locations and footpaths. Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Duration: This post is a 12 months Fixed Term contract (subject to performance and continued funding). EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse. This is a key role leading the consolidation phase of EACH s organisational transformation programme and supporting the delivery of a sustainable Target Operating Model. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in supporting and developing teams through organisational transformation. You will Have • Strong project and change-management experience • Implementation planning • Risk management • Governance experience • Stakeholder engagement • Experience in performance reporting and influencing without direct line-management authority.
