Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Production Operatives/Machine Operators-for work based out of our clients site in Haslingden

The work will involve:

• Following Job Sheets
• Picking Raw Materials
• Setting Machines
• Feeding in Raw Materials
• Operating Machines
• Putaway of unused goods
• Recording wastage
• Regular manual work with occasional heavy lifting
• Reach & Clamp FLT operation (If Qualified)
• General housekeeping duties

The working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekly Rotating shift Pattern
• Week 1 - 07:00-15:00 and Week 2 - 13:30-22:00 and 13:00-19:00 on Fridays
• 37.5 Hours per week after breaks
• -13.08 p/h initially
• 12 Week Temp to Perm
• Pay reviewed when perm with progression available

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Experience in a Production/Manufacturing experience essential
• Machine Operating and Setting experience essential
• Good level of Maths and English to read job schedules and record wastage accurately
• In date Reach & Clamp Licences with operating experience an advantage
• Candidates need to be physically fit due to the manual nature of the role and for the occasional heavy lifting involved
