Working with local partners on every continent ensuring clients of both best advice and freight options available.They are a well-established freight forwarder who are now looking to strengthen the operations team and recruit a Logistics Coordinator to join the team at their offices in Bradford Role Description:To provide excellent levels of service to clients and external salespeople. This will be achieved through the successful candidates, skilled and professional telephone manner, more general communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the customer service and documentation required for freight bookings that have differing requirements.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain shared inbox Undertake customer bookings and input data into Cargowise Check and send customer documentation Produce bills of lading Provide bill of lading instructions Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the business Experience Required: At least 1 years'' experience in International freight movements Ability to work independently Ability to work as part of a team Willingness and ability to be flexible Ability to work under pressure Ability to multi-task Salary and Benefits Salary 28,000 - 30,000 depending on experience. Working hours - 9-5:15 flexible Holidays - 22 days + Bank hols to start Pension
