No experience needed - only a willingness to get stuck into a rewarding, hands-on role, and a genuine love of plants.

What your day-to-day could look like

• Overseeing the growth and development of ornamental trees, from planting to pruning to preparing them for delivery
• Helping with propagation and irrigation
• Using specialist horticultural equipment - no experience needed; training is provided!
• Supporting the rest of the team to ensure operations run smoothly
