Senior Care Assistant - WinchesterNurse Seekers are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a compassionate and experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to join their dedicated team within a residential care setting.The successful candidate will be a caring, reliable and approachable individual with strong leadership skills and a genuine desire to make a difference to the lives of others.The RoleAs Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support overnight, promoting their dignity, privacy, independence and overall wellbeing.Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality, individualised care tailored to residents needs and preferences.Leading, supervising and supporting care staff throughout the night shift.Delegating duties effectively and ensuring care tasks are completed to a high standard.Monitoring residents wellbeing and responding promptly to their needs.Ensuring care plans, repositioning charts and relevant documentation are accurately completed.Supporting residents with bedtime routines, personal care, comfort and overnight refreshments.
