Duties:

• Focus on food hygiene and standard but not dealing with service requests.
• Making sure to comply with food law and code of practice.
• Focussing on inspections.
• Other environmental work is not necessary.

My client is looking for someone with food hygiene and food standard inspections as primary part of their experience.

A - C category is what we would potentially want the candidate to do but could also do D - E.

420 premises that they will need to work through. Ideally doing 2 - 3 a day.
