to support the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions within a mature Salesforce org for a leading UK financial institution. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying features across Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning frameworks, while maintaining compliance with strict governance and regulatory standards.You''ll work within a collaborative feature team, contributing to technical design, mentoring junior developers, and owning delivery from development through to production. The environment is fast-paced, agile, and outcome-driven—ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in building robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.Responsibilities

Design and document scalable technical solutions in collaboration with architects and business stakeholdersConfigure and customize Salesforce using best practices, minimizing unnecessary custom codeDevelop and maintain

Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

using ApexBuild and enhance business processes using

OmniStudio

toolsOwn the full delivery life cycle - "you build it, you own it" - from development to deploymentMentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the teamContribute to test case development and ensure high-quality, production-ready codeAddress technical debt and maintain platform stability and scalabilityUse version control (Git) and deployment tools (Salesforce CLI, DX, Copado, Gearset) effectivelyPerform data imports, exports, and queries using Salesforce data management toolsParticipate in agile ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teamsRequired Experience and Skills

7+ years of Salesforce platform development5+ years building

Aura and LWC
