We are recruiting for a Site Supervisor As a CBRE Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the team responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks at our client manufacturing site are performed on time, and safely.This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Responsibilities and daily activities: Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Plan and supervise contractors working on-site in line with contractor PPM planners Update and deliver daily MDI meetings with engineers and cleaners Inspect facilities periodically.
