We are working with a client in the Liverpool area who is looking for a dedicated Reablement Assistant to join their Adult Social Care team. This is a great opportunity to support adults in regaining independence and confidence within their own homes.As a Reablement Assistant, you will support adults with day-to-day tasks, help them rebuild daily living skills, and encourage them to live as independently as possible.
