We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a supportive residential home setting in the NN4 area. This is a permanent full-time role offering a salary of 32,000 per year, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to make a positive difference in the lives of young people with additional support needs. About the role: You will be supporting young people within a residential home environment, providing person-centred care and helping them develop independence, confidence, and life skills. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, ensuring they receive high-quality care in a safe and nurturing setting.
