Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a Coordinating Authorised Person to support the delivery of safe systems of work and statutory compliance across a portfolio of highly secure and technically complex sites.Key Responsibilities:Provide guidance and support to site Authorised Persons across multiple locationsCoordinate statutory compliance and Safe Systems of Work delivery in accordance with JSP 375 requirementsMonitor, review and report on compliance performance, identifying trends and areas for improvementEscalate safety concerns, risks or compliance issues to senior stakeholders where appropriateSupport the planning and delivery of specialist engineering and maintenance activitiesPromote best practice and drive continuous improvement across operational teamsEnsure health, safety and environmental procedures are applied consistently and effectivelyWork closely with Estates and Facilities teams to maintain asset safety and complianceJob Requirements:Previous experience in a similar Authorised Person or compliance-focused roleExperience operating within regulated or high-hazard environmentsStrong understanding of health, safety and statutory compliance requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCurrent Authorised Person (AP) certification in one or more JSP disciplines: Hazardous AreasMechanical SystemsConfined SpacesPetroleumHV or LV Electrical SystemsIOSH or NEBOSH qualificationFull UK ..... full job details .....
