PT Catering Assistant needed in Kirkby in Ashfield Paying £12.71 per hr ref RQ Part time hours on a temporary basis Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation and Service Assist with the preparation of food and beverages following set menus and recipes. Serve meals to pupils, staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare dining areas before service and clear down afterwards. Replenish food and beverage counters during service periods. Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature. Cleaning and Hygiene Wash dishes, utensils and catering equipment. Clean kitchen areas, dining halls, food preparation surfaces and equipment. Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health and Safety procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Dispose of waste appropriately and assist with recycling procedures. Enhanced DBS check required prior to appointment.
