Working within a fast-paced production environment, you''ll lead an established Quality team and play a key role in driving Food Safety, Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement across multiple production kitchens. The role is central to embedding food safety and quality processes as part of an ongoing operational transformation. The Role Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will: Lead and develop an established Quality team. Drive Food Safety, HACCP and BRCGS standards. Build, implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems. Coach and influence operational teams to strengthen food safety culture. Investigate customer complaints and drive preventative actions. Partner with chefs and operational stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement. Deputise for the Technical Manager when required.
