Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare

Aylesbury | Flexible / Timesheet Basis (Minimum 3 days per week)

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for flexibility and the opportunity to earn alongside your existing commitments? We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our growing healthcare recruitment team in Aylesbury on a flexible, timesheet basis.

This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage your own desk, build client relationships and source candidates across the healthcare sector, while having the flexibility to work around your availability.

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Match candidates to suitable roles and manage placements
• Work towards agreed targets and contribute to the growth of the branch

• Previous recruitment or sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Confident working independently and managing your own workload
• Experience within healthcare recruitment would be an advantage
