Provide day-to-day leadership to workshop and production staff.Work closely with project managers to plan and coordinate production activities.Support design teams in moving concepts seamlessly into production.Manage resources, scheduling, and workshop space to ensure smooth workflow and safety.Oversee subcontractor resourcing and assist the HR Manager with recruitment and onboarding.Monitor budgets, attend weekly cost meetings, and track departmental spend.Drive continuous improvement across processes and production methods.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient workplace.Champion Health and Safety best practices at all times.About You / Qualifications
