Responsible for leading the delivery, continuous improvement and innovation of the Graduation Experience across all university partnerships. The role ensures Graduation Services delivers exceptional client and graduate experiences through operational excellence, outstanding people leadership and continual service innovation. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Marketing Manager and Bid Manager, the Head of Events and Experience translates commercial strategy into consistently outstanding delivery, strengthening client relationships, improving service quality and reinforcing Graduation Services'' position as the UK''s leading Graduation Experience Partner. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate: Proven experience leading large-scale event operations and multi-site service delivery. Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills, leading a team of over 10 people Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
