• High Earning Potential: Competitive base rates of -14.27/hr (Day) and -19.03/hr (Night), plus overtime rates of -21.41/hr and -28.54/hr.

• Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases.
• Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures, often working from technical drawings and schematics.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organization.
• Plan work sequences effectively and mentor/train other team members as required.

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding, or proven hands-on trade experience.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings.
• Strong practical arithmetic skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations (Monday-Thursday), plus overtime when required.
• Desired: Experience in Lean manufacturing, competency with slinging equipment/cranes, and a strong quality mindset.
