There is ample avenue for progression within the company, where they empower you on projects to manage key client relationships.Your new roleMost of your projects will be based around social housing and RP''s with fantastic relationships across East Anglia, with longstanding, established relationships while continuing to win new work and join new frameworks. You will be joining at a busy time and will have the opportunity to be involved with a range of projects including new build and refurbishments, starting from simple to complex with a mixture of private as well with the values ranging from £250k to £16 million +. You will be expected to take responsibility for multiple projects from inception through to completion. You''ll have duties that will cover pre- and post-contract and client facing. Further responsibilities include, drafting contracts, issuing and pricing variations, producing final accounts, producing Sectional Analysis schedules and phasing plans, compiling tender documentation and carrying out feasibility studies and reports.What you''ll need to
