Team Manager - Reablement Team (Adult Social Care) Location: Cheshire West Contract: Temporary (cover during recruitment process) Pay Rate: 44 per hourEden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Reablement Team within Adult Social Care in Cheshire West. This is a temporary opportunity to provide management cover while the permanent recruitment process is completed.This role would suit a confident and experienced Adult Social Worker with previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within reablement or short-term intervention services.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of the Reablement Team.Supervise and support social workers and reablement staff.Oversee assessments, care planning, and short-term reablement interventions.Ensure compliance with the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation.Monitor performance, manage caseload allocation, and maintain service standards.Work collaboratively with health partners and multi-disciplinary teams.Contribute to service improvement and ensure high-quality outcomes for service users.Requirements:Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent).Social Work England registration.Significant experience within Adult Social Care.Previous team management or supervisory experience.Strong understanding of reablement services and strengths-based practice.Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Benefits of working with Eden
