This role is located at their head office on the outskirts of Colchester. Your new role Joining a supportive and professional finance team, key duties will include- Building strong client relationships and maintaining key points of contact- Investigating and resolving client queries- Proactively manage and collect debts- Account reconciliations- Database maintenance including rate changes - Issue credit control letter, raise refund request forms and general finance administration- Process and allocate payments- Support with month-end and collections forecasting What you''ll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a credit control capacity, with strong reconciliations skills, combined with an investigative mindset. A proactive approach to building and maintaining customer relationships will be pivotal.
