The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the performance strategy across the entire solution lifecycle, ensuring that applications and platforms are scalable, resilient, and capable of meeting business and operational demands. The role focuses on embedding performance engineering principles from solution inception through delivery, providing architecture-led guidance, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions. Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Extensive experience in Performance Architecture, Performance Engineering, and System Optimization. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and distributed system design. Expertise in defining and managing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Experience creating sizing models, capacity planning strategies, and workload forecasting approaches.
